Companies with logistics operations sit on vast amounts of operational data across ERP, WMS, TMS, automation systems, reporting tools and spreadsheets. Yet critical decisions are still too often slowed down by fragmented data sources, manual analysis and siloed visibility.

Logenta AI is building a decision intelligence platform that acts as the brain of logistics operations. The platform is powered by a pre-built semantic layer, enriched by logistics-specific domain knowledge and AI agents that reason across operational data. This enables companies to move from manual, dashboard-based analysis to trusted answers, root-cause insights and operational decisions in seconds.

We already have a clear product concept, strong expert validation and concrete customer traction. We are now looking for a Co-Founder & CTO who wants to turn this validated opportunity into a scalable, category-defining company.

Your Mission

You are the technical founder who turns a validated product concept into a scalable platform.

As technical lead, you own the technical foundation of Logenta AI from day one. You define the architecture, build the first product version, make the system reliable on real customer data and create the technical backbone for a company that can scale.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to advise, coordinate or design high-level concepts. You build, ship and follow through. You are comfortable owning everything technical in the early phase, from data ingestion and orchestration to semantic layer design, agent logic, evaluation mechanisms and scalable infrastructure. You build and lead the tech team that turns Logenta AI from a fast-moving MVP into a scalable, category-defining software company.

What You Will Own

  • Build the core platform architecture from zero to one. You define the technical foundation of Logenta AI across data ingestion, orchestration, semantic layer, agent logic, infrastructure and application logic.
  • Own hands-on MVP execution. You build critical components yourself, make pragmatic technical decisions and turn the first product version into something that works reliably on real operational data.
  • Make AI outputs trustworthy and explainable. You design the mechanisms for grounding, evaluation, monitoring, data quality checks and uncertainty handling so customers can rely on the system's answers and recommendations.
  • Build for enterprise readiness from day one. You make sure the platform is designed for security, access control, auditability, scalability and integration into complex ERP, WMS, TMS and automation system landscapes.
  • Create the future engineering foundation. You set technical standards, establish development processes, attract the first technical hires and build an engineering culture focused on speed, quality and ownership.

What You Bring — Must-Haves

  • You bring strong expertise in data infrastructure, orchestration and modern data engineering. You understand how operational data from different systems can be ingested, structured and made usable for reliable AI-driven decision-making.
  • You understand how AI agents, LLM-based systems and semantic data models can be combined to answer complex questions reliably on top of operational datasets.
  • You are not only an architect, but also a hands-on builder. You write high-quality code, make pragmatic technical decisions under uncertainty and turn complex ideas into working systems.
  • You have experience in early-stage startup environments or zero-to-one product builds. You know what it means to create structure while moving fast, without waiting for perfect processes or a large team.
  • You bring technical leadership potential and a relevant network in the tech, data or industrial software ecosystem. You can attract strong technical talent, explain complex topics clearly and build the first engineering team around you.
